Intro to Bonsai: Elemental Flow, 11-12:30 Saturday

11-12:30 Saturday - In this workshop we will learn what bonsai is all about! Our first level of Bonsai, Elemental Flow, is inspired by the elements of nature: earth, water fire air and spirit! You will learn how to flow through these elements with ease and use them in your practice for moving meditation, solo work, troupe dance and group improvisation!
