Elemental Dance Magic is a short workshop in which we will dive into Bonsai Flow's element of Earth! These movements are grounding, magical And you can use them in a variety of ways including meditation & group improv!

We all need grounding, it's amazing for sleep, anxiety, healing and feeling a deeper sense of connection to this beautiful earth we call home. In this workshop we will learn Bonsai Flow's first element: Earth. These dance movements are intentional and grounding to root you into the abundant, nourishing energy of mother earth! You may use these movements as a moving meditation, in group improv, or to connect with nature, You will leave this workshop feeling grounded and restored!
